However, when I mess up I will do my best to make up for it. To refer back to my previous experience, I was not very good on that server as a staff in the beginning. I was still learning the ropes and was making mistakes like boomers make FB posts about how good it was back in the 70s. However, as time progressed I learnt valuable skills that are essential to becoming a staff member on any server. I think that anyone reading this should also know that I have been banned across multiple servers for minge, RDM, MassRDM, ETC. But that was waaayyy back when I first started playing gmod. now, I attempt to be as mature as possible. I am fair. I listen to you no matter your background or past, as I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance. which leads into what element I want to change about the staff team. If anything, I want to make it as fair as possible for both the suspect and the victim. Many servers seem to overlook evidence and fact just to simply boost their ban count to make themselves look like better staff, but not me.
