(Be specific on why you would like to be the position you are applying to) I think I should be chosen to be the Leader of Delta Squad because I think I am up to the task and mature enough to lead a 4 member team. The Delta Squad focuses on Spec Ops Missions and Teamwork alike and I think I am up and very much capable for the task. Being the Commander of a branch in the Republic Commandos would take a lot of experience in which I had in leadership positions and more to come. Another reason I think I should become the Commander of Delta Squad over the other applicants is that I've been him before on this same server before it shut down. Although sometimes I failed miserably in leading I'm confident enough to try again and be the best commander I could be! 12: Past Experiences in being a Commander/Leader in a Garry's Mod community: I have used to be the former RC 1138 Boss, 104th LT (SynergyRoleplay), and 501st 2LT, 212th Major (SynergyRoleplay), Shock XO (Synergy Roleplay) 13: In your wording, what makes a good Commander? Do you believe you can meet these requirements? Why? (Be specific.) I think what makes me a good commander is that I can be strict but also a bit lenient. I think the main part that makes me a good commander is that I am tactical, mature, professional, and strong enough to take the job as commander of the Delta Squad.  14: Any specific way you would like your battalion to be run? Strict? Lenient? Explain.   I would run my battalion very strictly because we are one of the most highly trained squads of clones that have ever been created in the Republic Army. Our job would be similar to ARC but to take some more bomb defusal and infiltration situations on our hand. If I see someone messing about in my Squad I would give them a warning and if done again I would ask them to leave and to come back when you are ready to handle a serious squad. ----------------------------------------------------Situational Questions------------------------------------------------ 15: Your captain and a high staff member get in a fight about whether a Sergeant should skip ranks to 2nd Lieutenant. How do you resolve this conflict? Firstly, Delta Squad consists of 4 members of the Republic Commandos that cannot be promoted. So this whole situation would be null and/or void in the Delta Squad. 16: Your main objective is a few  =15.6pxklicks=15.6px away, it is priority one, however, a team not far from your position is requesting reinforcements what do you do What I would do would seem rather controversial because me and my team would keep pushing for the objective. One reason for that is the Delta Squad are only good if all four of them work together as a team. Fixer as the Hacker and Mechanic, Scorch as Demolition, Sev as Overwatch, and Boss as the link between all four. I would inform another battalion i.e the 501st to start heading to the other team because we are tasked to go and capture or complete the mission. I see that you did have some leadership positions, but I just feel that maybe since you have had those major flaws of not leading correct, I would shoot for an NCO/XO and work from there. From also looking at other applicants I do find more sincere applications that we should give a shot since you have already ran RC on the previous server.
