Through my past experiences i loved being an ARC commander, however the more i play SWRP i started to like other battlions more. [color=#2980b9]A good commander is someone who is patient, diciplined, knowledgable, and loyal. A commander should be able to lead his troops effeciently. A commander has to be able to care for his troops and think quick and be decisive with his decisions. Of course i can meet these requirements. I have a lot of experience with SWRP, HALO RP, and HL2RP. I always wish to improve as a leader, taking note on what i can do to become better.[/color] 14: Any specific way you would like your battalion to be run? Strict? Lenient? Explain.  [color=#2980b9]I always run every single battlion i have as a strict battlion. However, i am lenient when people mess up. Their is always room for improvement and i will make sure they improve. my troops will be diciplined and quick to listen.[/color] ----------------------------------------------------Situational Questions------------------------------------------------ 15: Your captain and a high staff member get in a fight about whether a Sergeant should skip ranks to 2nd Lieutenant. How do you resolve this conflict? [color=#2980b9]I'd let the captain know that the staff member is the higher rank, then i'd presume to say that the sergeant shouldn't be able to skip to 2nd lieutenant because they should work hard for it. I'd obviously do it in a passive way, no yelling or name calling.[/color] 16: Your main objective is a few  [color=#ffffff]way, it is priority one, however, a team not far from your position is requesting reinforcements what do you do[/color] [color=#2980b9]I'd radio  to the team that is needing help and ask what reinforcements they need, i'd then presume to send some of my team depending if their is no other teams that will help them. Based on what he's shown and prior experience with him, Gamble is the best choice for the job. He takes it serious and calls people out for there shit, he treats his troops like actual troopers and doesn't favor anyone. He's most affective in the battle field with a squad behind his back and a mission to achive. He can not only lead but inspire his troops to work their way through the ranks.
